01 Are all Dallas movers licensed and insured?

Not all moving companies are licensed and insured, and you should avoid those. Non-licensed companies are usually scams, and people should definitely be careful about them. Our moving company is completely licensed, bonded and insured. If you required proof of our insurance, our representative would be able to provide you with a certificate of insurance(COI).

02 Is there something that Dallas movers will not move?

Hiring a professional moving company does not always mean that they will move everything that you possess, there are things that moving companies do not move. Some of those things are: liquids and solids, illegal items, weapons and firearms, propane tanks, pets, flammable objects, toxic materials, etc.. If you are not sure that we can move one of your objects, you can always give us a call, and our representative would provide you with an answer immediately.

03 Will Dallas movers disassemble my furniture?

Our moving company offers many services in the all-inclusive rate that we have, one of them being disassembly services. Our movers would be able to arrive at your location with their tools, disassemble your furniture, and reassemble it back again at the new location, without any additional charges.

04 When do Dallas movers start charging?

Our moving company would start the time of the move when we arrive at your pick up location and start moving, and we would end the time when we unload the last piece of furniture at the drop off location. We don’t charge anything to come to your location,or to go back to our warehouse, only the real time it took to move you.

05 Do I have to tip Dallas movers?

Tipping the movers is definitely not something that you have to do. All of our professional movers are paid by the hour, and receive paychecks for their work. Of course, if you feel the need to reward them for a job well done, you can do that, no problem. We just want to make sure that customers are aware that tipping is not a necessity.
